Carol Jean Waloch

Carol Jean Waloch, 69 of Lisbon, North Dakota died Friday, October 19, 2018 at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, North Dakota.

Carol was born on March 2, 1949, the daughter of Leo and Emma (Fadness) Waloch in Lisbon, North Dakota. She was raised and educated in the Stirum area until 5th grade when her family moved to Lisbon. Carol graduated from Lisbon High School in 1967. She worked various jobs in Lisbon throughout her life, they included the Lisbon Ice Cream Store, Stake Out, Cattleman’s, Lisbon Hospital and the Open-Door Center. Carol also served as a family support member for the Lisbon National Guard Unit.

Carol enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She cherished time spent with her granddaughters and great-grandson.

Carol is survived by her son, Shane (Megan Gilbertson) Waloch of Lisbon, ND; two granddaughters, Samantha (Dillon McKay) Waloch and Hailey Waloch; great-grandson, Layne Waloch; brother, Darrel (Peggy) Waloch of Lisbon, ND; sister, Karen (Bill) Bommersbach of Payette, ID; numerous nieces and nephews.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Dennis Waloch and sister, Lois Layman.

Interment: Gwinner City Cemetery
