Clarice Geraldine (Olson) Mairs

Clarice Geraldine Mairs, 91 of Lisbon, North Dakota died Monday, April 9, 2018 at Four Seasons Healthcare Center, Forman, North Dakota.

Clarice was born on January 22, 1927 at Fort Ransom, North Dakota the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Avery) Olson. She was united in marriage to Herbert Mairs on December 7, 1947 at Fort Ransom. They farmed in Bale Township until they moved to Lisbon in 1976. Clarice worked at JC Penny’s, Vogue Cleaners and Moll’s Super Value.

Clarice enjoyed jig-saw puzzles, bingo, playing cards and visiting with her friends and family.

Clarice is survived by her daughters, Cathy Urbach of Richfield, MN; Gerry (Keith) Freeberg of Lisbon, ND; five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Clarice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herbert (2007), sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Wallace Laudert and son-in-law, Ronald Urbach.

Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Lisbon, ND
