Wilma Dorothea (Trapp) Muth

Wilma D. Muth, 99 of Enderlin, North Dakota died Friday, August 17, 2018 at Maryhill Manor, Enderlin, North Dakota.

Wilma was born on September 22, 1918 the daughter of Hugo and Ottilie (Janz) Trapp in Fingal, North Dakota. She graduated from Enderlin High School in 1936. Prior to her marriage, Wilma worked at North American Ice Cream Parlor and Moore & Liberty Telephone Company. She was united in marriage to Delvin Muth after he returned from the service on February 4, 1945. Wilma became a fulltime mom as she and Delvin raised four sons, Keith, Roger, Larry and Curtis. Delvin passed away in 1977 and Wilma went to work at Hillcrest Manor as a nurse’s aide for the better part of 10 years.

Wilma enjoyed summers spent at her lake home near Perham, MN and traveling to visit her sons and their families. She also enjoyed playing cards and her flower gardens.

Wilma is survived by her four sons, Delvin Keith (Sally) Muth of Bismarck, ND; Roger (Gloria) Muth of Bemidji, MN; Larry (Carey) Muth of Enderlin, ND; Curtis (Karin) Muth of Lander, WY; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Delvin, infant son, Wayne, three sisters and one brother.
