Terry Anderson

Terry Anderson, 65 of rural Lisbon, North Dakota passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Eureka, Montana while visiting his son and family.

Terry was born on October 7, 1955 the son of Virgil and Betty (Olson) Anderson in Lisbon, North Dakota. He was raised in Fort Ransom and graduated from Lisbon High School in 1973. Terry was united in marriage to Karen Kostuck on July 24, 1976. They made their home east of Fort Ransom. Together they had two boys, Travis and Nickolas. He worked at Bobcat for several years, retiring in 2004. Terry then worked at the Fort Ransom State Park until he fully retired in 2017.

Terry was active member in the Standing Rock Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and golf. Terry loved to spend time with his friends and family.  

Terry is survived by his sons, Travis (Kacy) Anderson of Eureka, MT; Nick Anderson of Lisbon, ND; grandchildren, Cole and Millie; parents, Virgil and Betty Anderson of Fort Ransom, ND; brothers, Jeff (Carol) Anderson of Bismarck, ND; Lynn (Amanda) Anderson of Boston, MA; sister, Noreen Fraase of Fort Ransom, ND mother-in-law, Dorothy Kostuck of Lisbon, ND; sister-in-law, Kathy Twait of Columbia falls, MT; brothers-in-law, David Kostuck of Anoka, MN; Dale (Linda) Kostuck of Holly Ridge, NC; Dennis (Elevit) Kostuck of Lisbon, ND; Doug Kostuck of Bismarck, ND; Dean (Kim) Kostuck of Mayville, ND; Don (Donna) Kostuck of Dallas, TX and   numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Karen (2019) and brother-in-law, Bruce Fraase.
